Welcome! I'm Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Political Science of the LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome. I'm also currently  Visiting Lecturer at SciencesPo in Paris, where I teach European foreign, security and defence policy.

I won the Egmont and the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) “Global Strategy PhD Prize” for my dissertation on “The Decision-Making Dilemma of Arms Procurement Policy”. A revised version of my PhD dissertation has been published by Routledge under the title: European Defence Decision-Making: DIlemmas of Collaborative Arms Procurement.
